LAUSANNE, Switzerland -- The ninth stop on the 14-meeting Diamond League schedule, the Athletissima in Lausanne, Switzerland boasts both world leaders and five of the eight American athletes atop the current Diamond League standings. Action kicks off at 12 p.m. ET Thursday, July 9 at the Stade Olympique de la Pontaise.

Eight U.S. athletes rank atop the Diamond League standings in nine events heading into Athletissima action, including Tianna Bartoletta (long jump) Johnny Dutch (400mH), Justin Gatlin (100m, 200m), Michael Hartfield (long jump), Francena McCorory (400m), David Oliver (110mH), Jasmin Stowers (100mH) and Jeneba Tarmoh (200m). Bartoletta, Gatlin, McCorory, Stowers and Tarmoh will all be competing in Lausanne.
