Club Management Area

Welcome to the USATF Club Management Area. This area is designed with tools that assist both the Competitive Club as well as the Organizational Member with online management features such as membership renewals, profile updates, and much more.

Logging In

When logging into the Club Management Area, you are agreeing to abide by the posted USATF privacy statement and terms of use. Any violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of your access privileges and subsequent disciplinary action against you and/ or your club or organization.


Competitive Club

Competitive Clubs are made up of athletes (and others) who participate in USATF programs and competitions as teams, or as individuals representing clubs.

Tools

  • Renew club and/or athlete memberships
  • Update club and/or athlete profiles
  • Download club membership certificate
  • Download USATF club logo
  • Complete/update club practice schedule(s)
  • Purchase club practice Certificate(s) of Insurance
  • Develop/view Team Membership Reports
  • Manage Club Management Area 'Access' permissions

Organizational Member

Organizational Members primarily stage events or provide competitive opportunities to the public. (Event Directors/Organizers.) Or an Organizational Member may be a corporate entity showing support for USATF and the sport.

  • Download USATF organization logo
  • Change Organizational Membership password.

Access to the Club Management Area is available to the person listed as the main contact on the Club or Organization's Membership. Competitive Club Contacts may grant access to others by clicking on the Manage Access Permissions link. Organizational Member Contacts may choose to share their password with others. Requests to gain access must be directed to your Club/Organizational Member Contact.
